The system features the W22s which perfectly mirror the highly acclaimed sound quality of the award-winning M22 bookshelf speakers, but offer the versatility of an in-wall installation.
In this configuration the Epic Grand Master system has a larger center-channel speaker (the 5-driver W150) for improved dialogue intelligibility for larger rooms and greater listening distances. The extremely powerful DSP subwoofer, the EP500, will provide undistorted, profoundly deep rumbles all the way to 17 Hz or even deeper in typical rooms. Together, they make this system suitable for louder, cleaner playback in larger rooms —up to 4,000 cu. ft (a room 25 feet long by 20 feet wide by 8 feet high, for example).
The W22 mains, W150 center, EP500 powered subwoofer and QS8 surrounds together provide thrillingly detailed, natural and transparent movie soundtrack and music playback from DVDs, CDs, SACDs, and DVD-Audio.
