Our customers have spoken and we have listened! They asked us to design an In-cabinet version of our M60’s. So that is what we did. We have overcome any of the inherent acoustic problems to deliver an in-cabinet version of the M60 that combines excellent peak power handling - up to 250 Watts per channel - for large rooms with smooth extended bass from its dual 6.5-inch woofers. This is the go-to speaker for the demanding audiophile who wants a speaker that performs equally well with music and movies, and wants a speaker that can handle the demanding dynamics of Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound, Dolby TrueHD on Blu-ray, or thrilling 2-channel stereo orchestral playback. We guarantee these speakers will be the envy of the neighborhood!
The M60 In-cabinet speaker uses the same size enclosure as our standard M60 floorstanding towers, but it is front-ported, with a slim baffle that protrudes ever so slightly from the cabinet.
The M60 In-cabinet speaker is offered in a paintable version to match any custom installation or room décor, or in a VaSSallo version with a solid, real-wood front baffle (not a veneer) that can be custom finished by a cabinet-maker to match the surrounding cabinetry in a home (Axiom will also custom-finish to order).

These 8-ohm, easy-to-drive speakers will create ultra-clean, high-volume levels in large rooms . Both bi-wirable and bi-ampable, the M60s come with rubber feet, carpet spikes, and a wrench for tightening the binding posts.

Fantastic sound! Before these were delivered I remember thinking "how much better than my Tannoys could these possibly sound?" Now I know! Just delighted. Was so busy at home that the first three days I could not even unpack them! The fourth night I came home after work and just had to connect even though it was late. After hooking up I had to listen at a really really low volume as my wife and kids had gone to sleep. I have had these speakers for several months now and I listened to many many speakers in and above their price range. NOTHING even came close. The only speakers that sounded better but cost considerably more were the Martin Logans, and not even their base model. I will put these up against nearly anything. What a lesson B&W could learn from you! Someday your sub will back them up anyway. Thank you for re-awakening the audiophile in me.

Keeping in mind that it is only the 2 front speakers I have hooked up, I put on David Arkenstone's Atlantis album, specifically the last track, Spirit of Atlantis. JC, oh my God.........I literally began to cry; I mean it! I have never heard sound that incredibly crystal clear, powerful, balanced, overwhelming. I was carried away to another place by the beauty spilling out of these awesome speakers. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I need to grab the Kleenex and get back to my music!
