JR actually the most relevant difference to me was not running the centers together but the difference between the 150 and the 100. Our system was in a smaller room and the 100 did just fine, whenever we moved it to this new room it was a little weak and was replaced (added actually) by the 150 ... which made a huge difference.

Some have told me that by running a pair of centers in this manner while playing the same frequencies *can* actually cancel each other out for loss of sound quality but I haven't noticed this occurrence with the setup.
