Hey, Amazon keeps recommending that for me. How is it? It's very good - sort of SF noir, told in first person, a little like Blade Runner. It's pretty "in your face" though. There are two other novels about the same central character. There's a great scene where he checks into a a hotel run by an artificial intelligence, and two thugs get the drop on him. The hotel "helps him out", with a 20mm canon. After all the mayhem is over, the hotel says: "your room is ready sir"

Ok, my bad, turns out there is a "B" rated version to "Journey to the Center of the Earth:CORE " which was in Redbox, it had nothing to do with the one in theaters lately. Now I'll have to go rent the one that has no softporn.

I keep reading the product page for the EP800 and licking my lips. Poor lad has turned old before his time. You're supposed to be looking at pictures of Regina spektor and drooling.

Let's strike a compromise; I'll have a three's company, alternating between the EP800 and Regina.

She'll probably pretend to be gay even if it's just me there.

I'm not reading it yet, but I've reserved Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett from the library, on my wife's recommendation.
