Hummer with low profile tires. Cool, huh? Not unless you're transporting hookers. Or are a 14 year old boy from 2002.

Hummer with low profile tires. Cool, huh? Absolutely hideous. I would try my hardest to prevent a friend from making the mistake of purchasing that. Since you're only an online acquaintance, all I can say is at least paint it yellow and put this on the back.

Anybody know what those small Hummers I keep seeing on the street are?
I see 2010 as the last year that Hummers were made that are for sale on the web. I see H1, H2, H3, H3T and some off the wall ones, but there are no pictures of what seems to be a half sized H3. Not talking about the electric one. Yikes! That thing is so tiny. Nor talking about the little kids models.
I saw one yesterday and it seems the back 2 windows are taller than they are wide.
And no, I'm not seeing pink elephants, either.
Maybe it's not a Hummer. Just something that looks like one. You can buy body kits for jeeps that look every bit the part just smaller. Bring back the H1, independent suspension and all...Its what made a Hummer a Hummer. Side note; I just seen an add for a front wheel drive Jeep. Shame on them.

Jeep hit a 'Jeep culture' high note when they built the Rubicon. The change to a long wheel base wrangler style has proven a popular compromise for the urban market but otherwise, new models have been tumbling further and further down the hill of metro-sexuality.
To quote folk singer Malvina Reynolds' song, now made famous by the show Weeds...
"Now they are all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same."
With great power comes Awesome irresponsibility.
