I think my parents have them in their back yard as they don't seem to be effected by rat poison.. but the article says nothing on how to actually get rid of them.

Seeing your post on the first page with absolutely no context, I thought you were talking about your parents' neighbors.

I decided to try and sell my blu-ray players, OPPO BDP-93 and my OPPO BDP-103 to raise enough money to easily afford the OPPO BDP-103D. I keep waiting for a new version to be released first, but no news there.

Trying Craigslist first, but not expecting a sale there. May have to sell it off of Amazon. The prices there are ridiculously high for used OPPO's. I really doubt if those are selling.

Yeah, I've found the problem with Craigslist is nobody is willing to pay what the product is actually worth. They want a great deal (translation: a steal).

I think that's perfectly reasonable seeing that everything we purchase new is actually more than the product is worth (translation: planned obsolescence capitalistic anal probing).

Why not try Ebay. I got 45 US for a AGP video card LOL.

I had a buyer for both players OPPO 93 and 103, but he would only pay using Paypal, and not cash. I have very little experience with Paypal. Have never used it to receive money, only pay for things, and very little of that. So, I'm skeptical of this procedure and there may be ways I'd get cheated if I'm ignorant of how it works.

FWIW , I only use paypal and most on Ebay will only accept it.I just sold the video card, and I have to wait a bit before I get the money, probably until the buyer receives the goods.I have never had trouble with paypal in any way , though they gouge a bit on the currency conversion, the rate is always a bit off and they have a fee as well. Paypal protects the buyer and seller and is good at being the intermediary . I bought my antimode off canuck audiomart and used paypal , I took comfort knowing if I didn't get what I was expecting paypal was there for me.
