Thnx Ajax, Ray3!
Personally, I'd really prefer the m60s, for two reasons (maybe three). First, I wouldn't have to go stud hunting to mount the m22s on the wall. Second, this will allow me to move the sound out in front with the V150, as Ajax pointed out. Finally, I'm thinking I'll get a greater rock-n-roll sound from the 3-way m60s (or am I off here?).
Thnx for the input.

Well, rock-n-roll makes up only a small part of my music listening. But, it is my opinion that, with the M60s, you get a bit fuller sound due to their lower bass extension.

Ajax,
Since I'm going with the SVS 25-31PC+ I was looking at how the M60 would fill in the mid's better than the M22s. Or am I not looking at the differences betwenn these two speakers correctly?
I would think a 3-way would have a fuller sound compared to a 2-way. Is this not the case?

Razor, I haven't heard the 22s but a friend who demo-ed my M60s said the 22s sound quite a bit "leaner". I would bet that you could get great sound w/ M22s and a sub, but it may require more tinkering than M60s + a sub. With your special requirements I would suggest spending the little extra dough (if you got it) for the ease of set-up (and likely better sounding result). My $.02.

In reply to:

Michael, that is precisely why I returned My M22s (which were wonderful speakers) and went with the M60s. I felt the M22s, with sub, in my room, lacked something in the upper bass/lower midrange area. Others feel differently. The M60s resolved that situation for me.
I have no idea if being a 3-way has anything to do with it. From discussions I've had with others, I think not. But, I just don't know.
