EA, just following up on chess's point, I remember that I had a hard time getting up above $1,000 in his poll. I've definitely found very little correlation between price and sound quality in audio. A $1,000 pair of speakers can certainly sound better than a $10,000 pair although they won't be finished as nicely, and you're already at the right place for that $1,000 pair.
