Shipping Policies

We ship all of our orders worldwide from our factory in Dwight, Ontario, Canada direct to your door for no extra charge.

If you are in the USA, Canada, or Europe there are no duties.

If you are in the USA, there are no taxes.

Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days from the day you get your shipping email with the tracking code. It takes between 24-48 hours for tracking codes to be activated by the couriers, so don’t panic if they are not tracking right away.

If your order is incomplete upon delivery, check to see if the shipment is recorded as ‘partially delivered’ on the courier’s website. In most cases the order will be completed the next day.

International Shopping

Axiom ships to every country in the world (over 100 shipped to and counting so far!). If you are outside of Canada and the USA, duties and taxes may be included in the price you are seeing (see below).

In the upper right of every page of our website you can choose from hundreds of countries and 11 different currencies when you're shopping at Axiom.

To begin, click on the drop-down menu at the top of every page of our website, and select the country you are in. All countries that we are able to ship to appear in that selector.

Once you have selected the country, you can begin to use the website as you normally would, confident that the prices you see include delivery to your door via courier! If we are able to calculate duties and taxes for you, they are also included in the price you see, and you will see a note at the top of the page telling you that they are included.

If you'd like to change the currency you're seeing, click on the currency drop-down selector, available at the top of every page. You can also change countries at the top of the page, as well.
