I have heard the Def Tech sub before and wasn't to impressed by it.By in large Definitive products are over priced and only mediocre performers.As you can see in the link John K has the Hsu Vtf-2 with a 10" driver does better in both output and extension than the D.T. sub with a 15".

You can certainly get them if you wish but you are not getting an outstanding performer.
