My fiance wants all the wires hidden so i have to do this to make her happy which is always a good idea. I need ideas on how to run my speaker wires to the surrounds which are about 16' from the receiver. I want some kind of molding or something that can go up the corner of where 2 walls meet and go across the top of the wall where the wall meets the ceiling and then back down the wall joing another wall again. Any suggestions or ideas??

Could you run the wire underneath carpet and up the wall?

Or through a basement or crawlspace?

if Semi On gets to this post, he'll say grow some balls and do what you want to do!
But I wont.
If you're courageous, try running wires in your wall. You can get a fish from a hardware store.
If you're not, good luck with that molding. maybe someone at a hardware store can recommend something.

You could try CordMate from Home Depot....it will at least cover up the wires.

I used the Cordmate conduit solution in my basement. I ran most of it along the baseboard. The only part I'm not crazy about is running the conduit up the wall to the surround speakers. However, it still looks a million times better than wire running up the wall.

Yes, if you have access to either the attic or crawlspace right above/beneath the room, it is relatively easy to completely hide the wires in-wall. See these booklets for what you can do.
If in-wall wiring is not feasible, I would go with the Cordmate II on-wall raceways, available at your local Home Depot. As an example, the photo below is our living room with the on-wall wiring via the Cordmate II to a pair of the QS8 surrounds.

Yikes, why doesn't the "image" code work here? Did I do something wrong?

Yeah that's our beloved projector. Neat? - it's just that we do not have much stuff in our house. LOL
