Don't trust audio publication reviews. Trust us. I don't think a single person here has a bad thing to say about the M60s.
On that note, have you asked Amie if there are any M60 owners in your area willing to give you a demo?

I'm a M60 owner, and love them. Are they perfect? No. But for the money (hell, for twice the money) they're the best speaker I could find. (and I demoed a TON of speakers!) PM me if you'd like some more thoughts.

reading reviews of the m22ti, m80ti, and m2i would give a pretty good indication of the m60ti performance. they are said to have nearly the same performance in the frequency range that are common to them. they all use the same drivers for midrange and treble. the big difference is in power handling, sensitivity, and bass extension.

No offense intended, but why do people ask about this?

I don't know. I can't think of a single reason why that would be a helpful piece of info to have when comparing speakers. A higher or lower crossover point compared to a different speaker doesn't make it better.
It would be interesting, however, to compare two nearly identical speakers -- the only difference being their crossover points.

I own them too. Couldn't be happier. Upgraded from the M50s and damn glad I did.
Had some friends over for a little poker game on Sunday and demoed the pod racing scence from ATC. H/K 525, M60s, M3s, VP150 and a VTF-2. I'm shooting the video onto a homemade screen with an X1 projector.
They were speachless. One friend just burst out laughing "This is friggin awesome! Way better than going to the theater!". Must say, I felt a bit like a proud papa.

Axiom has reported both 200 and 300hz for the lower crossover and 2,700 and 3,400hz for the crossover to the tweeter, although I believe that it was said later that 3,400 was incorrect.
