Received the discs today Charles. Thank you Sir! Top notch.
@Steve: Before I started my current job, I was off work for the first and only time in my 20 year career - for eight months!! - so I completely understand what you're feeling. Man, I was freaking out. New baby, new house, bills...
But as trite as it sounds (and yes I heard it too many times back then) when one door closes another opens. My current job (over five years now) is the best I've had (most days...). Hopefully the same will happen for both you and your wife.
BTW, at my last job, both my wife and I worked in the same department (no we didn't meet there) and all 15 of the office staff lost their jobs at once.
Hang it there. It WILL get better.

Hey Steve- I hadn't caught your post either! Sorry to hear of the current situation, but keep a positive attitude! I haven't walked a mile in those shoes, but it somehow always seems to work out for the better in the long run. Sometimes you just need that "distance perspective" before you're aware of it!

Sadly I am still waiting on the first wave.  Maybe someday soon the post office guys will be finished with the discs.
