Wayne - really sorry to hear... I don't know what else to say... if you need to talk, I'm sure any of us will lend an ear.

I'm not sure if this is the right thing to say, but I'm really glad you could have those last moments with her and see that she went peacefully. It seems like there are a lot worse ways to go. It's very sad, but unfortunately it's a part of the process. I find your attitude very admirable.
Like everyone else, my thoughts are with you. I don't know you very well, but I've seen your name around enough when perusing old threads to know what a valuable member you are. I think I can safely say we're all here for you, should you need some support.

Wayne this is very sad to hear, my heart goes out to you. As CV stated, being able to be with Mary and have her in your arms in the last moments is something to cherish.
When I was 13 (32 now) my mother was battling cancer and the day she passed I was going to see her in the morning and at the last minute decided not to. Something that will always stay with me and bother me.
Keep strong and don't feel shy in using your very supportive group of friends here at Axiom. I love this community.

Wayne, you show tremendous strength having Mary pass in your arms.. I teared instantly when I read your post. I frankly don't think I could handle a situation like that the way you did.
My best to you and your family, you're in my thoughts.
