So who has a "real" popcorn maker for their HT. Microwave popcorn doesn't compare!

Nick, Nick, calling Nick.

For me, microwave popcorn is fine if you use Jolly Time. \:\)

AS long as there is Jalapeno flavoring, I'm fine. However, microwave popcorn is indeed very bad for you if you are watching your cholesteral and fats intake.

Yup! I have one. Crazy thing too is that it is actually in my equipment rank LOL! I've got enough separation to keep heat down, and the rack doesn't have a door on it, so it lets all of the heat (and yummy popcorn smells) out into the room....

So, what do you want to know?

Amish Popcorn

Don't have a popcorn maker in the HT but my favorite popcorn varieties come from above.

The "Ladyfinger" is a very small kernel even when popped, but soooo tender.

In Toronto, my aunts good friends/neighbors have a home theater in their basement that is pretty phenomenal (I can't see it because it's not accessible) and they purchased a popcorn maker for it on eBay. Somehow they were contacted by eBay and their home theater (showing the popcorn maker obviously) was used in an eBay commercial. I don't know if they had special contacts or not, but it's still kind of a neat story.

They also had all Bose speakers at the time LOL.
