Is there anybody you have Not seen, Mark???
I'm really liking the Gov't Mule samples. Reminds me of The Black Crows with just a touch of a heavier guitar sound. it's going on my shopping list. No. No there isn't. Seriously, the link I gave you is for my favorite of their CDs. I've read that their most recent has got kind of a weird Reggae vibe, and the reviews weren't that good so I didn't buy it.

Was bored of my music so I perused the new iTunes releases today. Bought Chris Pierce Live. Man, he's got some soul.

Yay, my LPs came in from Music Direct. Black Joe Lewis is first. Raw, old flavor R&B a la James Brown. Man, I forgot how good new vinyl can sound... This LP even has a download code. http://www.musicdirect.com/product/84716These are up next. Norah Jones (Man, this is heavy.) http://www.musicdirect.com/product/77408Gilles Peterson. Never heard his BBC show but this is my voyeuristic version of record bin diving. http://www.musicdirect.com/product/84154

Petra Haden - "Let Your Love Flow" (full version MP3 downloaded from MySpace Music) When I caught the new Prius commercials, I thought they were ripping off Petra Haden, but it actually is Petra Haden. Nice.

The Ting Tings, Those Dancing Days, and Ida Maria. I got the Japanese versions of their albums, so I'm listening to the exclusive bonus tracks.

Cool. I didn't even know about that album. I keep meaning to get the Monkees' music, but it just hasn't worked its way into my budget. I had a collection at one point, but I suppose I gave it away. Would you say that album, as a whole, is worth picking up?
