I'm not sure if this is "news worthy" but because it was in the news and because I know it's a question you all struggle with daily...... here is the PDF file the news article pointed to. MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF AN OUTBREAK OF ZOMBIE INFECTION Warning, requires some advanced math skills to interpret and an innate fear of zombies to make you even try.

I'm glad the Universities are finally taking the Zombie threat seriously.

Car guys might be interested of the new Nurburgring lap record set recently. If this keeps up, they'll be going under 7 min/lap in the near future.

Well, that record lasted all of 24 hrs. The Radical SR8LM easily beat that time by running well under 7 min (6 min. 48 sec) though you have to wonder what actually constitutes a production car when you look at these vehicles. I wonder what my Silverado would run....it's got a new battery afterall.

Yeesh. I'd think you'd want to class production as "runs of ~500/yr" or something like, not runs of 10 or whatever. Maybe even "runs of ~500/yr by a company that also builds other cars that sell more." These things look like LM prototypes. Only the LM prototypes are much better looking.

I think the Radical is only street legal in a handfull of countries, I know it wouldn't pass in North America, and yeah, some of these cars look like kit cars or LM prototype rejects. I wonder if Ultima(GTR), which IS legal in North America and HAS sold hundreds of complete(and kit form) cars, will ever run at the Nurb'. It's already smashed a few other race track records.
