i havent heard anything like this ever. Perhaps its something new, or that we dont know about. but i think you might be mistaken ?

We only have gift certificates. The first year we were online we had coupons, but surprisingly people didn't use them, so we don't have them anymore.

I didn't know stores still had those anymore.
Just a swipe of the ol' club card (free) gets the rebates most days now.

Amie- I was hoping it would be like a "preferred customer" coupon good for a discount or rebate. You spend more, you get different offers. However, I still don't understand what the coupons were good for, but perhaps you could offer this or a similiar program again? Just a thought...
