Here is the Weber Smokey Mountain on sale for a very good price. I just paid $40 more for mine.

Any one interested in a 58" Samsung Plasma, FutureShop has them on sale, 'today only' for their VIP sale at $1899. That price was cheaper than the open box price they had listed on one on the showroom floor.

Hope everybody had a good Black Friday! My excursion was brief - an afternoon trip to Best Buy, where I got:

Monsters vs. Aliens, Blu-ray, $9.99
The Simpsons, season 12, DVD set, $14.99
Weezer's latest CD, Raditude, $6.99

I don't know what it was like earlier in the day, but traffic was very light on the roads - a normal Friday afternoon.

Lastly, I'm not sure if it's been mentioned here, but the two sites I like to peruse for deals are:

Slick Deals and Fat Wallet.

Amazon has tons of TV sets on DVD for sale.

I'm going to pick up this gem. My favorite show when I was a kid! Since many of us are in the same general range, I wonder how many of you remember it? (Of course, it probably wasn't available in all markets).

Mark,
That is awesome! Ultraman, as well as Johnny Sokko and his Flying Robot were two of my favorites from the 70's. It was so bad, but as a 5 year old.......

I never heard of these, but for me it was Supercar. I rented the 1st couple of disks from Netflix and watched it earlier this year for nostolgia sake. Probably will buy it sometime.

Hey, if you can let me know how it holds up, I'd appreciate it.

\:D I used to "play" Ultraman when I was a kid. My other favourite shows at that time were "Gilligan's Island" and "The Thunderbirds"...oh, and the "Flintstones", uhmm, "Bugs Bunny", "Scooby Doo".....
