Terminator: Salvation on Blu-ray. I liked the audio, but the movie didn't really involve me. I think I'm growing weary of Christian Bale.

I watched One Fast Move of I'm Gone: Jack Kerouac's Big Sur.

Two thumbs up, but keep a glass of alcohol handy. My wife was pouring Jim Beam throughout. \:\)

Just finished the Pineapple Express.
Not much to say about it really.

I just finished Avatar: The Last Airbender. I wouldn't say it never falters, but there's quite a lot of really good stuff in it. Imaginative and funny. I'd say it's definitely worth watching. There was some heavy stuff in it which I didn't feel was too dumbed down for children. You kind of have to watch the whole thing, though. It really picked up in Book 2. I'm sad that Mako passed away before Book 3. They got a decent imitation for his voice, but the delivery just wasn't the same. Anyway, I was happy with the whole thing. I was pretty skeptical that I'd like it.

I had to look him up to see who he was since I didn’t recognize the name. Then I realized you were talking about the same guy I didn’t like.

I was so about to flame you for not using “spoiler tags” until I realized you were talking about the real actor. Yeah that sucks about him. Well I’ve got it in my queue but it won’t be here for awhile.

I watched Cowboy BeBop: The Movie. Makes me want to start watching the series over again.

My sister really enjoys Avatar: The Last Airbender and she was telling me all about it a few weeks ago. I should add it to my Netflix queue.

I saw “Cowboy BeBop: The Movie” first because they had it at the nearby Blockbuster. I immediately ordered the series after seeing it.

If we manage to get together here in the near future you can borrow copy if you like.

I was going through Movie Insider looking for things to queue up at Netflix early and spotted this in case anyone is interested.

The Last Airbender

They must have taken Avatar out of the title so people wouldn't confuse it with James Cameron's Avatar. My sister's so mad about the casting. It was the perfect opportunity to give Asian actors work, and they cast white people? Equally annoying is how they cast Jake Gyllenhaal in the Prince of Persia movie. People are weird.
