I'm settling for taking over France if it means sleeping in.

I watched it tonight. I liked parts of it, but overall I found it a bit depressing. I didn't like the main character, perhaps because he's somewhat of a reflection of myself, but then again, he also did enough stuff I wouldn't do.

I did enjoy how Han Solo was utilized.

Oh, you'll love this, JP. My son was looking at your avatar the other night, so I got him to say, "Hi Dr. Nick!" Or, more accurately from him, "Hi Dodo Nit!"

Hey, stop that. \:D

Last night I was re-watching some of The Familiar of Zero, some light anime entertainment. A few days ago, I was listening in English because I couldn't get subtitles to appear. The recent OPPO BDP-83 firmware update included subtitle shift, so I thought that may be the issue, but adjusting the values didn't seem to have any effect. I finally figured out last night that simply changing the setup wasn't enough. Apparently you need to adjust the settings, then start the disc over again for the settings to change. I had endured listening to the horrible English lead male voice actor for the duration of the first disc for no reason.

Moon. That makes two good sci-fi flicks in one year.
