Watched Terminator: Salvation this morning. Pretty good surround sound effects, decent acting, with an OK plot.

It has a plot? The surround stuff was good, the bass was a little over done in sections, but overall very good and the cgi was very good. Its a fun movie, but not one I would turn to for either plot or acting.

My wife and I both really enjoyed this movie, great story.

Wife and I watched another movie the other night that we both really enjoyed, Gifted Hands: The Ben Carson Story ... great story about an awesome individual.

Watched Coraline last night on Blu-ray via Netflix. The animation was beautiful, and the story was very interesting, just as you'd expect from Neil Gaiman. Some pretty scary sequences, so definitely not for little kids. I'm going to be very leery of needles for a while.

Two thumbs up from the medic8r clan. Mrs. Medic8r says I can continue to have Netflix queue privileges for now, ha ha.

My wife and I watched Mystic River last night. It was too dark for my wife, but she at least conceded that it was a great movie. I can't believe it took me so long to get around to watching it. Clint Eastwood can't seem to do anything wrong.

Yeah, great movie. It took me a long time to get around to watching it, too.

I'm re-watching Death Note. I'm just as drawn in as the first time.

Based on the backlog of stuff I have to watch I might get back around to it in about 2020 at the rate it’s going. I will certainly watch the first 25 episodes again but after that I thought it lost a step and only really finished watching from then on to see how they ended it.

My daughter came in with Food Inc. the other night. I tried not to watch it but got drawn in nonetheless. The Virginia Farmer that is in the movie is speaking at a college in Raleigh. I am thinking I might try to go see that.

I know this is a foreign concept to you Northerners - We are supposed to have another snow storm here tonight. My wife is convinced we will be "snowed in". So we went to the video store last night and rented Hidalgo and Terminator 4.
