I will certainly watch the first 25 episodes again but after that I thought it lost a step and only really finished watching from then on to see how they ended it. I just watched the 25th episode again. L is such a great character. I would agree that it lost a step, but maybe I'll like the remaining episodes more this second time around. Not that I disliked them. I still thought there was some good stuff in there.

My thoughts were that it lost a step for a little while right after the 25 episode then things got good again and then the end was disappointing. However, I am comparing the show to itself at it’s best so by any other standards the poor episodes were still good. I really wish they had done something more interesting with the ending though, like having it turn out that Misa was the most cunning of them all and spin that off into another season. Such a fabulous show with such an uninspiring ending.

I haven't watched the Grammy's for years as I never really thought they truely reflected what was going on in the music industry. Maybe it's just me

I watched Tideland. Terry Gilliam may be a genius, and it was a well crafted movie, but I won't go so far as to say I liked it.
It was fun, tense, cringeworthy, imaginative, and surreal. And I'm glad it's over.

Watched "Return to OZ" last night. Slept through half of it. Yawn. "Is that a Chicken you're carrying?"

I saw Return to Oz when it first came out (or soon after) and liked it then. I rewatched it recently and thought it held up pretty well.
Probably would not have thought so if I were seeing it for the first time, though.

I've seen it several times. Years ago on VHS and 3 times on DVD. But the last 2 or 3 times I watched it, I fell asleep.
