You can bet I installed Steam and Portal as soon as they were available. I played Portal for quite a while last night. My MacBook Pro handles it well. I thought I'd need a mouse, but gameplay with the trackpad was just fine.

I've got both of those graphics processors in mine. I tend to leave it on the 9600M GT, though, unless I know I'll be on battery for a long time.

Yeah, it's not quite as good on the 9400M. I should try reducing the resolution some. Still playable, though.

I intend to get Appleseed on Blu-ray at some point. Right now it looks like Deep Discount is the place to preorder it. $13.60 versus Amazon.com's $29.99, assuming it's a correct listing. Dean, I know you like using the DVD as demo material. I imagine the BD would be even more fun, so here's hoping the reviews are positive and that (or less) is a common price after it's released. Oh, just read this review at Anime News Network. It's always disappointing when they don't include lossless audio. I always wonder why they make that decision. I wasn't a fan of the English dub on the DVD, so I wonder if I'd like the new English dub more.
