I see. The present auction page shows four items; three being Factory Outlet and one being "New". However, the category listing on the left shows "Axiom refurbs(4)", although none of the present four are actually used and refurbished. If the auction program is going to include such items it would be appropriate to include separate category listings such as "Factory Outlet" and "Overstock".

Fredk,
This is a good point. We need to change this category to "overstock and refurb". The items we put in here to have as starting examples are all custom finishes and some of those are seconds. The factory outlet only has stock finishes.

Hi Em, haven't seen you here for a while! If you sign up for the Axiom Owner's Club, I remember seeing a number of subs there. Look under the "Store" icon for the Owner's Club.

What would be nice to have on the auction page is the shipping cost for Canada/Canada, US/US, Canada/US for each of the Axiom products so potential buyers don't have to email Axiom every time to know the shipping cost. Just an idea.

I think that if Axiom is selling the product, the shipping is rolled in. Otherwise, it will depend on the originating and destination zip codes. I think all the products currently listed are from Axiom.

Yes but it will not be when private sells will happen, in that case, buyer pays the shipping as I understand.

I believe Ian's first post mentioned that shipping would be calculated from buyer to seller. If I were not on dial-up I would check myself
