I can do them like I did Scott's:  If so, I'll need you to PM me your name (as you want it to appear) and your hometown location. That's cool Mark- I'd want one if I was going, for the record I do want to be there but can't make it work. Please take lots of high quality photos (Mark doesn't take any other kind) for those of us who can only wish we were there. Thanks.

Fate: Can't say as I believe in it, but sometimes things just seem almost spooky.
I just got a call from my boss who asked if I would attend a CSE conference on the 14th, 15th and 16th in guess where of all places??? Deerhurst Ontario. I didn't put in the exact location of the factory but Googlemaps tells me the driving distance from the Deerhurst Resort where the conference is to Dwight in general, is a whopping 22 minutes!
I'm going to see if they will let me take an earlier flight and then I'll pay for the extra days of lodging myself. I wasn't planning on making it, but this is just too much of an odd coincidence to not take advantage of it.
Is there a final date Axiom needs to have a commitment to attend?
I should have this confirmed by the end of the week. Great news Murph Hope to see you in a couple of weeks.

I've been trying to track down a business card sized (?? MArk,how big are these?) vinyl holder with supermagnets to hold the stickers. I have bad luck with stickers staying on my shirts; the edges roll up and last about an hour before falling off. I'll supply the holders, if I can find them, for those that wish to go this route.

You can officially scratch me off the “Really Want to Make it” list as I will be working that weekend. I would love to have seen the Axiom facility and met those attending but given the date 9/11 if figured it was unlikely from the start.

 Confirmed! I just sent a PM to Amie confirming my attendance. My plan is to fly into Ottawa on Friday, rent a car and drive to Dwight. I'll return the car when I go back to Ottawa at the end of the week for the Board meetings. Works out nicely and I'll be able to charge the middle days to my Company while I'm at the conference in Deerhurst. I can't believe it. I went from choosing not to go because we were allocating more mad money to our (wife and I) first year of shared vacation time in ages.... to going plus having my flights payed for! What are the odds I'd get booked for a conference in a spot, well, oddly far from the usuall big cities AND that just happens to be under a half an hour from where I really wanted to be, that very same week??? Lodging looks like it was becoming an issue. I've asked Amie to send me some options that might still be free. The Deerhurst Lodge where the CSE conference takes place seems to be less than a half hour away but at with rooms starting at $250 a night, I'm hoping for something a bit less expensive.
