Regina would be glad to be rid of me. The things I do to make her happy, like staging this crush on Marina.

Oops, but Marina might be lurking, too. I'm really no good at juggling women.

Saw Dave Matthews Band again last night (in Dallas). The set list was awesome. We met in the parking lot for tail gating with a couple we met at the Wichita show last month. They supplied tons of chicken strips and when I ran out of beer they shared some of their own. The show was sold out and the superpages.com center was a pretty nice amphitheater for the show. Tons of parking lot tailgating action and an overall great atmosphere. We had reserved seats this time so didn't do the wait all day with no beer for front row thing. Some guy in the parking was selling some hand made DMB 2010 tour coasters for 5 bucks a piece... couldn't resist and bought 2. The wife and I ended up sharing a cab with 4 random strangers who were going to a totally different side of town than us somehow... not sure what happened there. so yeah, it was a good night!

9/11 commemoration at Pacific Symphony. Beethoven's 9th. Gould: American Salute; Barber: Adagio for Strings; Ward: America the Beautiful. Accoustics were terrible, Adagio for Strings was a bit listless, Gould's American Salute was beautiful. I could have gone with the Reader's Digest version of the 9th, the chorus was 200 voices short and the orchestra could have used an extra 100 pieces as well.
Enjoy the Music. Trust your ears. Laugh at Folks Who Claim to Know it All.

I saw Laganza last night on Ian's dock with a bunch of other Axiomites. The sound system was one of the best I've ever heard at a live venue.
