I have to wait until it's out on disc. I'm lame.

I finally re-watched my copy of Drag Me to Hell. It still cracks me up. I just have this image of the Raimis giving each other high-fives as they made the film.

I already want to re-watch Childrens Hospital. Someone at work wants to borrow it, but I'm not quite ready to let it go. Ha ha.

I'm looking forward to seeing that when it comes out on DVD. Really enjoyed the book series, so far.

I had worries the adaptation would be on par with the horrid "Legend of the Seeker." And as far as the books go, the earlier ones are way better than the later. What a shame they couldn't stay the same throughout the series. frown

A new friend I've been hanging out with lately was just marathon watching Legend of the Seeker. She enjoyed it, but she's been a big fan of Xena, Hercules, and the like. I never did get into those shows.

Sean, I can assure you the TV adaptation of Game of Thrones is far better than Legend of the Seeker. Much more maturely done. I agree with CV, they really cheapened and dummied down Seeker to the point I couldn't watch it.

I am thoroughly enjoying Game of Thrones. Tyrian is definitely one of my favorite favorites for his wit and his outlook on life but Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark is winning me over also. She is really nailing the little girl's feisty spirit. A lot of really good acting in this one actually.

That is good to know! Thanks, Andrew and CV.

I feel those two book series are relatively more adult-oriented than other fantasy series and was thoroughly disheartened when I watched "Legend of the Seeker."

Trying out The Legend of Bruce Lee on Drama Fever. I'm not sure what I think of it yet, but I'll keep watching and see how it develops. I like the star a lot, Danny Chan from Stephen Chow's movies, Shaolin Soccer and Kung Fu Hustle. The goalkeeper he played in Shaolin Soccer wore a Bruce Lee outfit, and he pulled it off well, so it's fitting that he'd actually play Bruce Lee in something. My sister wanted me to watch this series because she's too lazy. She laughed when she saw Ray Park plays Chuck Norris.

Amazing bike feats but also beautiful cinematography and score. Usually this stuff is just shot and edited by kids. Take a couple of minutes to watch this.

Thanks for posting that, Mark! Danny is extremely talented. For those who don't know, the majority of the riding he was doing is called "trials riding", which is what I was doing when I broke my neck.

You would actually be surprised to know that almost all of the biking videos produced have excellent cinematography. It all really started with the movie "The Collective", and now there's big competition to make the videos more pleasant to watch, if you will.

I have a lot of mountain bike movies, and I think The Collective is still the most stunning. Here's the trailer, you'll see what I mean.

And here's ere's my favorite clip from The Collective, which is of Ryan Leech, whom reinvented trials riding and is arguably the best rider in the world. This is wicked!
