Outstanding! Love that Sammy. Is that the HLN567 model? I've got the HLN4365 model.

KICK A$$...thanks for sharing..

that seems like an awful small room for that much system.. need to bring some ear-plugs for the audition.. its a beautiful room though, and the axioms look awesome in it.. that is one killer overall set-up..

spiff wants your TV.. where has he been lately anyway?? not trying to hi-jack, just curious..

i cant wait til i can post MY pics.. of course, i will have to wait til i get my speakers.......*sobb*-*sobb*

Ajax, Its actuly the HLN61W...Thanks for the complements! The basement is still a work in progress. It used to have a one car garage , the door was behind the TV. Still have to do some finish work and build the most important part, my bar. (going to be on the Tile in the back)The room measures 15 x 20 to the wall behind the couch and another 17 x 12 where the tile is.

I had forgotten they made a 61" tantus model (617W). I was thinking they only made the 6165. Real nice. Boy! Don't the Axioms go well with your wainscoating. Though I'll probably be in the minority, I think they look even better with the grills on.

Awesome! It's funny how everybody says something short about your setup, and then jumps into a TV discussion. What is this, the Samsung message board!?!

The veneer matches perfectly, and those are some beastly speakers in that room. Pretty overwhelming (in a good way) I bet.

I guess with that Tauntus, you won't be going to the movies anymore, huh?

How does the surroud placement sound? THey are so close together that I wonder hwo much separation you get. I'd love to hear your comments on the QS8s where you've placed them.

How does DVD look on it. It appears that there are some noticeable vertical scan lines in the photos - please tell me that's the camera.

Thanks for the pics. It made my day! Congrats on the system.

Greetings,
Just curious if you have noticed any audio/video sync issues with the Sammy?

Your right the veneer is close match to the Beech Paneling, I requested a sample before I ordered just to be sure. The QS8's are too close but the sound is still amazingly good. The RR & RL are 8 feet apart and there's really not much separation. If you can see scan lines its probably due to my crappy camera. I’m playing my DVD's through a Shuttle PC (HTPC) using the DVI connection. They look pretty good but not like HD. High Definition on a DLP looks phenomenal especially sporting events. Cant wait for Post Season Hockey.. (Go Flyers!!)
