Hi ... There will be some of you that already know me as Craigsub from AVS or Home Theater SPot... Rijax suggested I might do a comparison of the Axiom M22's and a pair of Rocket bookshelf speakers.
I bought the M22's in December, and also have the VDP 150 center channel.
I have the facilities to handle blind testing, and can also match the SPL levels of the speakers within 0.01 db using pink noise.
If this comparison happens, it will be done strictly through blind tests, with measurements done ... and hopefully it will be fun...
Thanks - Craig

We'd love to see the results. Keep us "posted"

That would be fantastic! Are you the same guy that did the comparison between the HSU and SVS subs?

Wow...we're in for a treat of Craigsub does this. His work with the sub shootouts was top notch.
Which Rocket are you going to put the M22ti up against? I heard the RS250 and the M22ti and the Ascend 170 quite awhile back. Though not blind testing, you certainly didn't need to be blindfolded to tell the difference. I don't think two speakers can sound any more different than the RS250 and M22ti.
Really looking forward to hearing your impressions.

The "sub tests" were great! Very informative and well thought out and just damn fun to read. I ended up with the HSU VTF-3 and I love it but after reading your sub tests, I think I would have been just as happy with the SVS. I look forward to the Axiom/Rocket duel.

Are you gonna be comparing the veneers on the bookshelf's too, or just the sound?
Just curious......not that anyone really cares about veneers, right guys.
