Craig, I have my M22s raised about 18" above floor level, but among the experiments I tried was putting them directly on the floor and tilting them slightly back to have the tweeters pointing to ear level. I'd agree with 2x6 that they sounded fine, although I don't necessarily think that moving the tweeter back was the significant factor.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the RS150, just to confirm whether or not Curtis and I are nuts.
I also think if you're going to add another pair of speakers, the Ascend 340's really need to be part of this "bookshelf shootout".
