Bought a couple of beers from Mill St. Brewery, Vanilla Porter and Cobblestone Stout...which to try first? Both very nice!! creamy and smooth... the Cobblestone Draught very similar to Guiness Draft.

Hello,
From Belgium people or living near in France, i remember one beer's name : Orval. They warn me about small quantity of beer produced each year.
It's almost a beer camped by beer lovers i heard lol
They have good brasserie's beers. I must do a trip one day.
I'm just sad i can't feed the axiom's m80v3 with beer, just to improve the sound when a party is involved or to serve as a big tank just in case there is a need of extra beers.
If i remember some cheese got good taste with beer ?

Even I could learn to like beer if it was always served like this:

See, Tom? Now THIS is a beer meal! Although there is something off with the presentation - like Loraina Bobbit served it or something...

That looks like it's right up my alley, Scott. I really enjoyed the Silver City Cold One Pilsner recently. Authentic ingredients and process - one of the better North American versions of the style that I've had. And a nice change of pace from the huge beers I usually drink.

I tried this IPA last night, but it wasn't a win in my opinion. A trend here in Atlanta (I don't recall this being a "thing" in Louisiana...) is session beers - lower alcohol, but (nearly) full flavor. So next time I'll try this!

I had Stone Ruination 2.0 IIPA last night and really enjoyed it. Really great hop flavor that ranged from piney to tropical, and the malts seemed to float delicately above the fray.
