I am in the same boat, sort of. I have a pair of QS8s from December 2004 and they weren't in the system either. The credit value was really low. Even the pair of QS8s that I have that is only a couple of years old (still V4) were given a value of about $350, which is better, but far from the $680 current replacement price.
However, I completely understand that the value to Axiom is pretty low as well. I mean, regardless of how good of shape they are in (mine are perfect too), what is Axiom going to do with 10 year old speakers?

I agree, nickbuol. They're worth more to me if I keep them than if I trade them in. That's the beauty of "buy once, cry once"; you have quality speakers that can last you "forever" even if you do have the itch to have the latest and greatest versions of them.
