Innis & Gunnn, nice beer.
Having a Mill St Cobblestone right now, my fave.

Smooth stout, considering how strong it is.

Hi all, looks like the beer thread needs some input! I just ran across this brewery which is new and not too far from me. While micro brews are everywhere and always fun to try, what caught my eye was the 1st beer I've ever seen not brewed with water. They brew their maple porter from maple sap. What a great idea! Haven''t tried it yet but will report back when I do. Happy Friday to all. What beer is on tap for you this weekend? Cheers!

Sounds interesting.
Why bother reducing maple sap to syrup, only to add water again. Good idea to just use the sap!

Enjoying Muskoka Brewery's Harvest Ale tonight. Only made in the fall, and bizarrely, it really does taste a bit like fresh cut grass - in a good way, not like a Mouthful of Grass.
