I went into 'Add a Drive' but decided that this is not my problem & didn't want to make things worse. It will not switch over from the AA Hot Spot to the Router to get a steady light. It just kicks off over to my Router with no connection to anything - hence the flashing lights.
When I go into my router properties in the Galaxy it shows an IP of 192.168.0.168. When I find properties on my Lap Top & PC, it is 192.168.0.1.
Could this be a problem I wonder?

Then you are already hooked up to the internet & I take it that your R & Blue Lights are not flashing like mine are.
I tried Net Radio & get nothing because of no net connection - frustrating.
I'll try 'Add a Drive' to see if that works.
Thanks
TAM TAM, I gather you have no issue getting to the web user interface when you are connected to the AA hot-spot? What do you see when you go to the Network tab under the gear icon? Is your home network there? Have you tried to power off the system and boot it up again? Thanks, Andrew

Hi Andrew:
I've powered OFF/ON numerous times, including rebooting the Galaxy.
I have no problem getting the AA APP (web user interface) after connecting to the AA Hotspot Network. I can use the APP & play my Thumb Drive music all OK.
Under the Network TAB, my Home Network is there. When I connect back to my Home Network, it connects OK, but the AA does not switch over to the internet connection & AA Hot Spot WiFi option is still visible. Ian says that it should disappear & the lights should turn steady. This is not happening.
Perhaps I need someone on the phone to walk me through a start up to make sure that it is not me screwing up the procedure...

I'm wondering if it's a Firewall issue. When you choose your network, it should be asking you for your network password.

On my Win Vista Lap Top, I disabled the Windows Firewall. That did not fix anything. I don't think that my Galaxy has a Firewall because I haven't installed one, but I could be wrong, ha!
Once it is back on my Home Net, when I refresh it thru my browser, it comes up with axiom.local DNS not found...

I meant your router's firewall. I'm assuming your laptop and you Galaxy are clients. Can you log onto your router and check 2 things: 1) See what your security is set to (Mine is WPA2-PSK [AES]) 2) Make sure your access control is set to allow new devices to connect. Here's a screen shot of what mine looks like:

TAM OK, here is what I suggest you do: 1. Disconnect your laptop AND phone from the AA hot-spot. 2. Press the power button and wait for the system to turn off (green light goes out). 3. If you don't have iTunes installed on your Vista laptop, download and install it. 4. Turn on the AxiomAir. 5. Go to your laptop WiFi connections and connect to the AxiomAir hot-spot. 6. Open a browser and enter axiomair.local/. 7. Click on the gear icon and go to Networking. 8. Click connect next to your home WiFi network name. 9. Click on the "eye" icon. 10. Enter your home WiFi password and confirm that it is connect (make sure upper and lower case for any letters is correct). 11. Click connect. 12. The blue LED should stop flashing and turn solid. Let me know if there are issues with any of those steps. Thanks, Andrew

I wonder if all of this should be moved to a new topic? (AA Tech support or Beta questions). I know I'll have questions, some of which are popping up now before I even receive the unit, but I don't want to muddy any waters here....

I haven't gone into my router firewall, but I know that the Security is WEP. I have allowed numerous other devices to connect to it over the years, so I don't think that is a problem & my password must be correct.
Andrew - I'll go upstairs & try your procedure. My Galaxy is a TAB S tablet, not a phone, but that shouldn't matter.
I'll get back shortly...

Hi Everyone! I'm so happy about these great feedbacks! To reply to some of your questions\issues
@exlabdriver: I am looking into your very particular issue. Checking if there may be some problem with WEP and your password. I'll let you know
@SRoode: So your Router is in fact your NAS.. Your comment may be confusing for others, as to add your NAS you should input your NAS address...
I'll be here to reply all your questions!
