The AA DLNA Presentation Page at http://192.168.1.xxx:49152/upmpd/presentation.html displays this (would be good to go to the UI instead)
"Hi, this is the default upmpdcli presentation page and it is not very interesting.
You can substitute another one by setting the presentationhtml parameter inside the configuration file, but in any case this can only be a static help page, it is only read when upmpdcli starts up."

FYI - the DLNA advertisement of supported formats is ambiguous so I'm running some tests using http://www.whitebear.ch/dmra . I'll post the results. Also I'm a member of the Beta Team over at JRiver so I've started a thread over there regarding the AA and JRiver compatibility. http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=104473.0

@jimone thanks for the tips about upnp. The only issue with presentation Url is that it expects a static page, so it should not work with the UI.. But let's try and see...

Hi all,
Got mine earlier this week. Plugged it in, turned it on and it worked right away.
I connected to it using my iPad and was able to play tunes right away using AirPlay. I was also able to connect to the AA interface with the browser on the iPad although I didn't have a USB stick with music on it, so couldn't play with that part of it.
The only issue I had was with the volume control on the iPad through Airplay. The volume scaled very slowly from low volume to about 7 or 8, then went through the roof at 9 and 10 (on 10). Seems a bit strange to me.
I also was able to connect to it through my Windows 10 Desktop PC.
Overall, I'm quite pleased, but my wife doesn't understand why I purchased this. Perspective matters ;-)
Anyway, I thought I should try to update the software on the device, but I can't figure out how to do that. Can someone point me in the right direction please?
Thanks,
Richard

Connect using the Web interface Click on the "*" settings button top right on window In the pulldown menu, go to "System" In the System window, look close to the bottom of the page for a large "Check for updates" button.

@jimone thanks for the tips about upnp. The only issue with presentation Url is that it expects a static page, so it should not work with the UI.. But let's try and see... Interesting. On other DLNA devices going to the Presentation URL takes you to their Config Pages. It's just handy from other DLNA Controllers where there is normally a button that takes you to the DLNA Renderer (being the presentation URL as that is advertised).

@michelangelo, Also on the DLNA feature set (which look pretty good), any plans to support "AVT:SyncPlay (synchronous play)" as this then gives us multi device synx like Airplay but over DLNA.
Thanks Nathan
Edit - It may also be worth updating some of the DLNA info if possbile... MFR Url (points to a 404 page), Model Name, Mfr Name etc
Edit 2 - who is " AxiomAir, from JF Light Industries"?

I've not manage to test every DLNA combination of format, samplerate, channel and bit depth but the following all worked (= good support): - aiff : 44.1x2x16 / 192x8x24 - m4a: 44.1x2x16 / 192x8x24 - mpeg: 44.1x2x16 (mp3) - wav: 44.1x2x16 / 192x8x24 - x-fac: 44.1x2x16 / 192x8x24 -
