i got prime as it i liked the movie and show selection and for the $80 a year it was costing it seemed to be a better deal with free shipping on lots of items. I want so badly to drop Netflix. but there are some shows that i have watched but took it down to the $9 single screen that is a total ripoff with 480p resolution.
What i have concluded is that i don't have enough time in a week to watch all the shows that they seem to spew out so it makes little sense to buy more subscriptions that you have time to view. I might see about killing Netflix and getting Disney for a month or so to what what might be good for a bit.

I’m in the same boat … different family members want different services often because they want a specific series or show. We have prime, Netflix, Hulu, Apple, and Disney. My wife and I maybe watch four or five hours on average a week. The kids, when home, perhaps add a few more. With all this content, my wife, more often then not, will rent a Movie.

Definitely saving cash by doing just one service at a time. Gives me time to binge and then move on. Been watching a bunch of things lately: The Orville https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5691552/Really wished they did at least more one season of this. It isn't a 20 year run type of show, but a bit more would have been good. Liking it. More lighthearted than alot of crap out there. His Dark Materials https://www.imdb.com/title/tt5607976/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1I swear there's parts of the Golden Compass being ripped off here. Either that or i'm having serious deja vu. A story that is decent but probably better in novels. Manifest (Bell Fibe) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8421350/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1An interesting concept but coming into season 2 now and i'm tiring a bit of the same acting 'style' coming out of the actors. It's like watching any Rosamund Pike movie. The same look, same line delivery, gets monotonous. Hoping to finally tackle the new Dune movie this weekend. And there's a new Star Wars Disney channel ObiWan series out soon.

Chess, That’s the way to do it! But unlike the Dire Straits song … the chick’s are not free! I’ve gotten rid of Hulu and Disney a couple of times but I’ve lost control … Now they are both in my wife’s name … I don’t even have the Disney passcode at the moment!

We also noticed plot inconsistencies and continuity errors and stopped watching after the 1st season.

Prey on Hulu. Liked it pretty well. From the director of 10 Cloverfield Lane, so I was looking forward to it. Starring Amber Midthunder, who I liked from Legion, even if the show ended up being too up its own butt as it went along.

Started watching Sandman, on NetFlix. The first episode was a bit dry, but it picked up on the second and the third was better yet. This is a good one to watch. If there is a book or anything other than a Metalica back story, I don't know it.....
Was thinking about subscribing to Hulu. Kinda tired of all the streaming services I have already though, plus DirectTV. I gotta cut back......
