Just having fun in Philly still with this season. 4-0 with all victories by double digits. The Eagles didn't even play well yesterday and still won. It's nice when you are good enough to have a bad game and win by 10 points.
Bring on the revenge match in 2 weeks vs. the Panthers!

Anybody watch Kal-USC?
You can pad your stats by dinking and dunking all you want against that 'SC defense, but you're still going home a LOSER!

Cal gave 'em that one. SC didn't look very good again. They're better than what they're showing, but when are they going to put it all together?
It's been a bad week or two, eh kcarlie? First the A's, then the Giants, now Cal - seems like you're backing a pack of losers. JFK next?

The only team I back is the Bears. And the little baby bears when they play SC or the good ol' Barn Trees.

I hope my Bruins aren't playing Cal this year. Cal looked very good, but unlucky.

Yep, USC's offense was really inconsistent, but their defense--holy $%#@! The reason Kal's stats were so good was because of the style of offense it employed, using quick dink-and-dunk passes of about 3-9 yards OVER and OVER and OVER again. It was a good gamble, but Pete Carroll had that figured out all the way. Just don't give up the big play and let them shrink the field so that the secondary has an easier and easier time disrupting the passing routes. Tedford made a mistake never going for the deep ball. And that final goal line stand was one for the ages. 'SC defense rules.

Oh yes, and all that bull---- from that one Kal player saying they would beat SC 9 times out of 10: all I can say is what a sorry loser. Kal lost because of mental errors. USC, who is comprised almost completely of freshmen and sophomores, was mentally tougher.
USC isn't as good as last year, simple as that, but they're still better than Kal.

i saw the highlights of the goal line stand.. definitely much heart displayed there..
the horns got dismantled by the sooners, again.. thats 5 years in a row that we cant beat those guys.. the "red river classic", is becoming the "red river spankin'".. and the UT defense allowed a 19 year-old true freshman to gain over 220 yards on them. oh well.. the longhorns will still win 11 games, we will still go to a bowl, and the whole state of texas will still consider it a 'losing' season. we gotta beat OU, thats all there is to it..
