I ordered five Axiom speakers from the Custom Shop and was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to deliver. I gladly accepted this reasonable timeframe as a consequence to ordering a non-standard finish to my speakers.
I was OUTRAGED to find out that the speakers where delivered to my home today ... approximately one week after I ordered them! Inconceivable.
This sort of high-quality customer service will only serve to drive up my expectations for a range of other service providers, only to have them surely squashed by "on-time" rather than "ahead of schedule" deilveries.
Shame on you Axiom, for providing a quality product at a reasonable price, with an actual delivery of goods occurring a near MONTH before the stated delivery date.
Next thing you know you'll be offering me some kind of discount because I purchased five speakers in one order.
Absurd.

People skimming the forum may take that as a bad thing...which of course it is not.
Maybe a better title would have been: AXIOM CUSTOMER SERVICE STRIKES AGAIN! or something comparable...

samson- haha, you got all them suckas!! i just KNEW it had to be a joke..
you got super lucky.. my custom cabinets took 4 weeks(exactly 28 days from ordr) to get to me. and just like you, i was very pleased cause i was expecting the full 6 weeks that they told me.
its stories like ours that keep the 'legendary' CS from axiom alive.

Maybe Axiom is getting faster with their custom work. They seem to constantly be striving for better CS even though I cant see anyone asking for more from them. Honestly, they are making all other companies look bad.
