I am really leaning towards the inwall speakers. I have spent years lugging around tons of gear and for once would like to have a clutter free area. I've just sold off a rack of crown amps and am in the process of switching to a PC based audio/video storage system feeding a quality receiver. I will keep a pair of juke box cd players for my core music collection, at least until I am convinced sound cards and file formats are up to par.
My motivation for purchasing a system based on the W22's is not saving money. I am excited about the prospect of saving the floor space.
Is it actually possible to substitute a set of tower speakers with inwalls? Or is the W22 truly meant for home theatre applications, and light for the main event.
