Left a few messages, called them 4 times. I give....what's the secret to actually get someone at Axiom? Help please. Thanks

Sorry, not sure why Axiom's customer service has gone down the tubes, at least what I read from posts. Gone are the days when they had techs on call into evening hours to help provide questions and technical help.
Yeah, not sure what Ian and Amie would think if they saw these posts of no return calls or emails. I assume you are calling during working hours. They should return your calls, or emails if you have tried that...

Best way (I found) to get a response is to reply to an order or ticket email
